Challenging three movement concerto for marimba and an orchestra of winds, strings and harp - written for Will Hudgins and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.  The orchestration is colorful but light, leaving space for the natural dynamic range of the marimba (4 1/3 octave marimba required).  This is an appealing concerto that is accessible to both university level and professional performers.  [Orchestra parts by rental]
